Asyril is a Universal Robots+ partner supplying manufacturers with flexible part feeding systems for component parts ranging in size from the very small at .004” to 6”. 

VIBRATORY FEEDER

The 3-axis vibration technology patented by Asyril allows parts and components of almost any shape to be fed via an Asyril product.  The part geometry can be complex, and the material can be delicate resulting in an ability to master the feeding of 99% of all parts that fit the size range.

These gentle feeders allow feeding in all directions including flipping amplitude by part.  Parts are not circulated which reduces abrasion against other parts in the feeder, further protecting delicate components as they are fed.

Asyril employs voice coil technology rather than compressed air which results in a longer life with lower maintenance and greater system reliability than traditional feeders.

While vibration technology is most closely associated with parts feeders, Asyril adds platform structured surfaces, and backlit surfaces together with industrial vision and precision robotic technology to deliver a system that operates at optimal speed, accuracy, and flexibility.
