St. Louis, MO – Tavoron, a leading provider of industrial automation and compressed air solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Broussard as President of HTE Technologies effective July 7, 2025. In this role, Broussard will report directly to Nicholas Martino, CEO of Tavoron, and will lead HTE Technologies in delivering factory automation solutions, collaborative and industrial robots, and compressed air and abrasive blast systems for manufacturing industries across the Midwest.
With more than 20 years in industrial operations, Broussard brings deep expertise in strategic development, lean practices, management, sales, marketing, machine design, and engineering. He has held senior leadership positions in both manufacturing and distribution organizations, earning a reputation as a trusted, results-driven executive. Most recently, Broussard served as President of Ensight Solutions, where he led the development and integration of advanced food processing and material handling systems.

Broussard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a Fluid Power concentration from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Business Administration & Leadership from Harding University.
