3D SCANNING SMALL OBJECTS

Gocator 2500 battery measurementPut your production inspection "pedal-to-the-metal" with the Gocator 2500 family of 3D machine vision cameras.  At 10kHz, this really smart sensor tops out the Gocator line of 3D laser line profilers taking 10,000 profiles per second including 3D measurement!

Not only are they ultra-fast, they are compact and still loaded with all of LMI Technologies' on-board tools and feature-set. The G2500 is made for the most demanding small part inspection requirements, with scan, measure, and control inspection rates of up to 10 kHz. 

Add to that the 8 micron X resolution, custom 2 megapixel imager and enhanced optical design, and you have a blue laser light generating 3D very-smart sensor that day-in-day-out delivers exacting production data, even on products with shiny, or other difficult surfaces.

CAMERA VISION INSPECTION SYSTEM

Designed to be a system of independent sensors, untethered by controllers or PCs, the Gocator family of products easily scales to exactly the size you grow today using master hubs that handle power distribution, I/O, laser safety interlock, and synchronization at the microsecond level.
Any browser, on any computer, with any operating system delivers easy and flexible range configuration using the GUI that is integral to each Gocator smart sensor. There is no other software you have to install, just take the Gocator out of its box and you can quickly and easily set it up.

GOCATOR 3D CAMERAS

The Gocator family of products also includes other laser based 3D camera family models for moving targets named Gocator 1300Gocator 2100Gocator 2300, and Gocator 2880.  For stationary targets, LMI has models of LED Structured Light cameras named Gocator 3210Gocator 3504Gocator 3506, and Gocator 3520.  Additional solutions are made for robot guidance and high speed image processing.
